Sensient Expands Flavor Portfolio with Flavor Solutions, Inc. Acquisition

Sensient Technologies has acquired the assets of Flavor Solutions, Inc., a provider of flavors and flavor technologies to the food, beverage and nutraceutical markets.

The addition of Flavor Solutions will allow Sensient to greatly expand its flavor portfolio through the expansion of new, traditional flavor offerings, as well as the addition of savory reaction flavors.

Further, the addition of key technologies, such as natural shelf-life extenders and sweetness enhancing and salt-reduction taste-modulation technology platforms, will aid in propelling Sensient’s strong and growing technical solution capabilities. Read the full press release here.
